The website www.data.gov.in serves "Disallow: /" and is never crawled. The API host serves no robots.txt and is the platform documented programmatic interface. Working filter is filters[title]=; a bare q= is accepted and silently ignored, returning the full unfiltered catalogue. Only UUID-style resource ids are ingested; short alphanumeric ids are user uploads of uneven quality.

The maintainer of the most complete public mirror archived that repository stating the MyNeta terms of use do not encourage redistributing the data. This project reaches the same conclusion and fetches nothing from the host. ADR established this field in India and is credited as prior art. The underlying affidavits are taken from the ECI portal, which is open.
